I hate to break this to you... but the number one concern in seeing any operation carry on is that it comes from a strong financial situation. The ones that have that and accept the reality of the times carry on. The ones that don't have their finances in order don't carry... Some people starting out mabey need to realise that a few years in the oil patch to make some money would do them a world of good in getting set up rather than trying to rent land for nothing and wondering why someone else can pay more than them.
