They never left here, I see lots of them daily, they have been eating staghorn sumac seeds, and small dried up crab apples off the trees, cherry size ones, that never fell. They are something, usually eat live things, but adapt. I've always enjoyed them, for some reason, have raised many for release over the years, orphaned ones, they sure don't forget, and at least are native and don't bother much, like starlings or similar.
