Out of curiosity I looked at the cost difference between 80% and 95.5% (I didn't see a 91%) on a well know home improvement store's website. The 95.5% efficient furnace cost 44% more to purchase.
In the short term that is a significant difference, but in the long term the high efficient is probably more cost effective.
