I see the the lever/ lock is absent on this tractor unlike my 986 and other IH tractors of the era. The thing to do is look up the correct tip for the tractor based on serial number. Those outlets may have been an option for a quick connect so be aware of the schematics you are looking at. See what the recommended male tip is and maybe you will be lucky that it is a standard 1/2 inch ISO Pioneer tip. You may need to have to have the dealer order adaptors as there are many similar male tips out there that will leak if not fully correct.
