Good question, I always wore Lacrosse Icekings until they got a hole in them early this month. I know a lot of people including my son that swear by the Rocky brand boot. So my son had a pair of 800 gram thinsulate Rockys that did not fit him anymore(hes 14 and still growing) that I wear now and they keep my feet warm all day. I am outside most of every day and it's been cold this winter. So I went from a sceptic to a believer in the rockys. Jim
