I've got a firefighters flash hood that came home with me from the Navy that I will use when it gets too cold. The nice thing about it is that it has a big area around the neck that will tuck into your shirt to keep the chill off your neck. It has a single, elastic hole in the neck which can be tucked under the chin if you want to, or let close up to where it covers your nose and mouth. I've worn glasses with it on several occasions and never had a problem.
