Depends upon where you are. Here in N. TX about 5 companies service the area. Several will meet any price. Mine was $1.95 from a local company about 10 miles down the road. They store thousands of gallons locally and have sub stations across their route. Contract for it a year or so in advance.
Course human nature is always in the play and screw the little guy if you are limited in your supplier and all. I think they call it price gouging.
