Have you ever thought about how much labor was involved in building those huge stone buildings hundreds of years ago? Not only in the actual construction but in the quarrying of the stones, loading them on ox carts and transporting them to the building site. No wonder people only lived half as long then as we do now.
What kind of a ferry did you take? One that looks like a cruise ship that has a ramp that flops down for the cars and trucks? We were on one like that on a trip between Finland and Estonia. Park the car in the belly and go up to the lounge to drink your cares away. No, I wasn't driving, couldn't read the signs. LOL Jim
