Yea, you get it from the altitude. There is an on going thing between Buffalo and Syracuse since Johnny said that. Every so often Buffalo beats this area for the title by a few inches but not often. According to the article on Yahoo News some place in Japan wins (or loses depending on how you look at it LOL) the title for most snow at 100 to 125 feet a year. If thats real they can keep the record.
