I had both of mine done one in o5 and the other in 06. Don't let them rush you back to work I went back too soon and that is why I had to have the second one done. You will be weak for a long time. Like AZ says no upper strength but waste to chest high good strength now. Follow all Dr. orders and do the PT. It will hurt but you will be glad in the end that they made you hurt. I know a lady that didn't like the pain and quit going to therpy and now can't even tie her shoes.
