Are we complaining about printers or being on hold? I was on hold with Blue Cross for an hour and fifteen minutes a few weeks ago. Just wanted a simple question answered about the due date on my premium. I waited for half an hour myself,gave the phone to the wife,went out and did some chores. She had JUST gotten through to a human when I came back in. She handed me the phone and it didn't take but a minute to find out what I wanted to know.
