No it is not new. I had a class b with tanker and hasmat for working a fertilizer plant. Was not doing it any more so 8 years ago when I turned 62 turned it in for just plain licence. Would have had to drive 80 mile to state capitol of Columbus, Oh. to get the fingerprint test. And still licences are only 4 years.
