I last renewed mine in '09, its valid for 8 years. I think with the deductible on the health insurance, everything including the NYS DMV fees was around $200. I don't have any restrictions, nor any endorsements, so if I went for hazmat, it would be close to $300 by now ? Places I worked years ago, I refrained from getting that endorsement, because sooner or later I'd get assigned to the tandem service trucks, when the regular guy was out or similar, end up fueling and lubricating all the equipment out on sites, one outfit had 80 pieces of equipment. Don't mind greasing what I run, but decided, let someone else have that job LOL !
