Several years ago I bought an "M" very similar to what you describe with Char Lynn power steering, after market WF, and dual-cylinder Saginaw 3pt.
Except mine had new rear tires, a mounted DuAl loader, and a good John Deere brush mower was included,... I gave $3500.00 for the "package" and I'm located in northwest Kansas.
