Our neighbors had that for their chocolate lab. If she wanted out for something bad enough she would close her eyes and walk through it, yipping all the way. One morning I saw she was in our yard so I yelled across to the neighbor. She came over and said the batteries must be dead and took the collar off so the dog would go home. Had the collar in her hand as she walked back. Turns out the batteries were not dead. Learned new words that day.
