Some mobile home axles have brakes. There are usually one or two axles on each one that have brakes.
Easiest thing would be to find axles with brakes and swap them in.
Thing is, I've always heard that you should NOT use mobile home axles on a trailer that's going to see much road use. Apparently the bearings, hubs, and spindles on mobile home axles are only good for a few hundred miles because they're meant to be used ONCE, to get the mobile home from the factory to the trailer park.
