Something is wrong with your serial #. I think the Thousand serial #s only went up to 450,000 or so. Something may be wrong with your dealer too. The 2000 3 cylinder engines were all 158 CI = 4.2" bore by 3.8" stroke. You could have a different engine from another tractor such as a 175, 192 or 201 CI as they were all interchangable. But any competent engine man could do a little bit of simple measuring and tell you what you have.

If impossible to place tractor under cover, be sure to cover air stack and exhaust pipe. Drain radiator and engine block. To avoid gum content collections, drain both fuel tanks and carburetor.
