My last tow bill for a loaded truck and trailer was..... $300 a hour plus 50% for police call out (broke down in middle of highway) = $450 hr Plus 10% for haz-mat = $495 hr Plus 2 hour minimum @ $495 hr
He wanted $990 just to pull me to the side of road where service mechanic could work on truck.
Office decided to have him pull me the 55 miles home. 2.5 hrs @ $495 hr = $1237.50 Cost them $247.50 extra in the tow bill but they saved sending a mechanic after me.
