The gen set I have is old. Made by Koler and even has a flat head Koler engine. The generator is also the starter on it. All in all about the size of a 8N ford engine and transmission but no wheels. Picked it up years ago for $85 and had it running shortly after I got it and then also in 2007 when we had the ice storm but not had it running since. I figure if I had a PTO generator I would be better off since then this time of year if I needed power at least one of many tractors would fire up and since I use them off and on sort of a win win thing
