My 700 had the same problem. I overhauled the pump and it did no good. Then I read where you have to replace the seal at the backend of the pump, behind the roller bearing. I didn't. I assume that is why it is still not working. The seal allows the oil to drain out of the pump back into the transmission. You know what they say. Live and learn.
