Yes I do understand small town rural life,I was born and raised on a farm and still farm.Our nearest town is 900-1000 pop.and 3/4 to 7/8 of what is being said is not happening today.We get ANY mail that has our address on it and if our number is wrong,then we get a nasty notice to get it corrected ASAP.Plus where my wife is from is pretty much the same as far as rural life.
