Paul, I look at things a little differently. A few weeks ago, Menards was selling Old Mill insulated boots for $20. I bought 2 pair. I'll be happy if they last me over the winter. $40/year. Having 2 pair, One pair will have a day to dry out if needed. Last year I bought an expensive pair of Lacross boots at gander mt, they lasted 45 days.
Was at menards Sunday. Bougth an Old Mill insulated jacket, $30 and Old Mill insulated artic coveralls with zipper down each leg, $35. I was warm and toasty yesterday mowing my leaft for the last time.
For the price, I'm not expecting them lasting forever. Be happy if they make it throught the winter.
