I haven't heard of anyone other than Saturn doing the no negotiation thing. I understand that it was supposed to appeal to women. All the ads tell about discounts, which means that f you don't get a sizeable one you are leaving significant dollars on the table. I got $8,000 off when I bought my '05 F-350. I think that a rough rule of thumb should be 15% off base and 50% off the options. They make a lot more on the options.
