We had a Lely 3 point spreader at the Golf course, used it to spread a sand/loam mixture on the fairways. Used a hand spreader or a top dressing spreader on a Cushman on the greens and tees but that was mostly 'cause we didn't want to drive one of the Ford tractors on the greens and tees. We did this after aerating these areas idea being we were filling in the holes the aerator with a soil we wanted with the long term goal of migrating our soil type away from the heavy eluvial clay it was.
