Edd, totally agree with you. If Johnny can't read by the third grade, Johnny has a better chance of ending up in prison. Once in prision, Johnny has very little chance of ever getting a good job when he gets out. You can run, but you can't hide from computer records. Then what? Johnny then has even a better chance of being back in prison. While in prison, Johnny learns a skill, how to make Meth. Sad to say, I know a woman who's son, while out of jail on bail for meth charges, just got busted again, along with wife. This guy should be locked up for a long time, he has many meth busts. 10 year old child is now in CPS.
