We have one goat, one lama, one pig and some ducks and chickens a small farm petting zoo of sorts. My husband loves to can and cook and is always looking for new recipes. Even in a small farming community the farm is quickly being forgotten. Children think meat comes from a store and no clue about where food comes from.
Seems the city�s do have a little of community gardening if they are lucky. We are working on how to grow all the food you need in a 10 foot square using vertical gardening and crop rotation. I have a dream for all to have a garden such as this. All can feed themselves and everyone has a full stomach.
