Shoup manufacturing has a coupler with a shut off built in to them you just turn the lever then uncouple them they are supposed to be able to be recoupled then to. Or go to a junk yard and buy a couple of the old IH ones that have the levers they will couple with or without pressure on them and have done it. The Shoup site does not show them you would have to call them.
