I have heard of teeing in a small 1/4 turn valve in the tractor to relieve the hose pressure. Turn the valve and dump the oil on the ground. Those ollies of that era were set up so the hydraulics were locked when the engine wasn't running so you could not relieve the pressure by pulling the lever. On my 88 i have a couple if old IH couplers with levers to flip that help the coupling process.Jim
