It's going to be worth whatever someone will pay for it. Old garden tractors rarely bring much at auction around here (central NY). I've got a 1936 (on steel) and a 1938 Handiman. I paid $300 for one and $150 for the other at local auctions. I would guess you'd be lucky to get over $500 at a local auction . .. but if you find a collector that is a Handiman enthusiest - who knows? Maybe a thousand or two.
