my empty weight is right about 13,000 for the truck and trailer. my truck is plated for 26k. 13,000 divided by 57 lbs is 228 bushels. the trailer can definitely handle 300 no problem the truck plates are the issue. I take that truck with me from one Army duty station to the next and don't want the hassle of a truck with greater than 26000 tags going across state lines.
