The sad part is that so many of us never get around to making right the wrongs we did to our parents before they're gone. It only takes a moment to speak and apology for youthful ignorance, greed, disrespect, laziness, whatever.
I never had figured out why it's so hard to do that. But then, the sins of the father come back and visit the children they say. All the more reason to try to live the straight and narrow way.
