You are really making powder with that 3/16" screen, that is too small even for chicken feed. We used a inch in our David Bradley for the cow feed what little we did and the comercial grinder at the local elevator also used the inch for cow feed on ear corn. And shelled corn will not fall through a screen as to speed will keep that from happening. You will never get cobs through a screen as snall as a half inch, might get them through a 3/4" screen.
