You hot start and hyd. shut off does lead me to believe you have a hyd. internal leak somewhere. I'm not that up on these "NEW" tractors. LOL
Now having said that I went thru a time with my uncles 2640 not wanting to start good cold. And not even cold cold as it was inside and above freezing temps or warmer. His rebuilt starter ended up haveing a bad armature and it was not spinning fast enough.
