I had a thief stealing diesel and other things. I had a trail camera set up and his picture was taken. The sheriff knew the guy but didn't make an arrest. The sob came back later and broke into my barn and got a lot of tools, a 22 rifle and other things. This time he was arrested and spent 30 days in jail and was released. He had the 22 in his pickup when arrested and I got that back. I was not notified when the trial was to take place. The DA said I couldn't get any restitution unless the guy got into trouble again.
