Check all the linkage out. If it is sticking it will not trip the hydraulic valve. Also make sure the belt is tight. I have had them be loose and the valve trip an the belt slip rather than throw the bale.
Will it throw right if you manually trip the thrower with the lever??? IF is does then it is the bale linkage.
Also have had the valve spool itself get sticky. They usually are not hard to figure out. The trouble is you usually are right in the middle of baling when they act up.
