Slightly off topic, but how many of you trust your butcher? I had a buddy who had picked up a half a beef and he didn't get any sirloins or T-bones. The only thing the butcher would say was "Sorry, they must have been picked up by somebody else". Funny how this same butcher will sell sirloins and T-bones in the see-through freezer outright to anybody who will walk into the store.
