I'm just throwing this out here in case anyone's interested. I was a the local scrap yard today and he had a Allis Chalmers B that came in. Said the man said it ran good but the clutch was out of it. Tires looked good, head look like it might have been off and rebuilt, maybe. Different color. Carb had no paint on it, looked in good shape. I pulled the clutch peddle down, and it never connected with anything. Must have broke something off in there. Bell housing been apart at some time. Hood was bent, no gas tank, and starter was gone. Had a nice paint job on it. He said $750 for it. Nothing in it for me. If anyone is interested I'll give you his number. [email protected]
