Greg, I graduated HS in 67. Back then only about 60% of the kids graduated. This isn't a new problem. I graduated HS. So did all my kids. After graduation, my kids only had one choice, what college they would attend. I paid for it. If I'm alive, my grandkids will only have one choice too. You got it, what college they are attending.
There a large number of parents wanting their kids to be labeled special ed, so they can get a check from uncle sam. Yes, that's right, if Johnny can't read he had a disability and can draw a disibility check for the rest of his life.
