Both Bryce and Zion (A place of peace and tranquility) have the nice free shuttle bus service that roams the park and stop by the main lookout points for on and off most of the day, sure beats driving n parking. The bus stops at historic Rubys Inn just outside of Bryce if you decide to stay there. Since its past labor day crowds arent near as bad. In Zion dont miss the Temple of Zimbabwe (spelling???) and the foot trail from there up the canyon. The Grand Canyon isnt all that far south of there ya know hmmmmmmmm Last year we did "The Grand Five" in southern Utah, Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands and Arches wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
