have you bleed the fuel system for air? usually this is the problem, those bosh pumps seem to give trouble picking up prime. at least mine did. loosen injector lines and check for fuel by cranking engine. lots of times i just had to blow a bit of air in tank to get filters bleed. i just used a rag around air nozzle so no danger of too much air pressure.
