If both you and the landowner are happy then I would call it a fair deal. By my calculations you make about $1500-1600 minus your input cost for fuel, maintenance, etc. Take whatever amount is left, divide it by your hours input and see what you made per hour. If you are happy with that and the landowner is happy with his cut, once again, I say it is fair.
