Middle of KS the wind and heat is starting to take it's toll. The lush beans I put pics on 3 or 4 weeks ago are starting to burn up. One good rain soon may salvage them, but nothing but hot and dry for the next 10 days per forcast. Talk about turning off the water valve! I saw a guy about 50 miles NW of me yesterday swathing his beans for hay. They are a little dryer than us. Double crop beans are still hanging in there for the time being anyway. Bob
