Being parked in a building means nothing when it comes to rust and condensation. Most likely the rings has rusted to the cylinder wall so you need to fill the cylinder with ATF and if you can jack the front end up so the top of the pistons get ATF soaking on them. Then after a few days pull the plugs and try to spin it over. You may want to find a way to run a hose etc out of the plug holes because if it spins over the ATF will go all over the place
