Battled that problem from 2002 to 2007.Plenty of no help,even though they said they were qualified,couldn't get any good help.I canned more people than a tuna factory cans tuna.The housing industry tanked I went from framing houses back to finish work which we started the business with this discipline.Hard transition as most of my old accounts got new contractors.Thankfully some liked our work and we got the account back.Still feels like we are sledding uphill though.Collecting is the hard part now.
