I have been one to often simply use ester oil, (which "plays nicer" with any residual mineral oil) trouble is the rest of the world, the DEERE shops, especially, use ALL PAG oil in their conversions and tune-ups so if you use ester and it ever goes to the DEERE shop there will be "issues"!
It is SO important to put a durable conversion label on the compressor so the next guy knows what he is dealing with!
