I tow a Chevy Cobalt all over the place. With four wheels down. The Cobalt and the Pontiac G5 have a certain transmission which permits this. It's even in the owner's manual and states that if the vehicle is to be towed, the preferred method is four wheels down. It even gives instructions on which fuse to pull so as you can leave the key in the steering unlock postion without depleting the battery. I put a switch to do this 'cause I do tow it quite a bit. I believe the Saturn has a similar transmission. Check the owner's manual. The only concern I might have is like someone else said. The Windshield takes a bit of a beating (unless you cover it like I do)
