I'm no expert, buy have owned both 574 and 674 models- the obvious difference is that these two are "utility" tractors- smaller rear tires, lower profile. I think the 84 series has Farmall heritage, and 74 has International heritage. Would expect more of the tall-tired "row crop" 84 series would be sold in the Midwest "big farming" country.
