Thats a tough situation when hemmed in like that, you need some luck for sure, one of those times you wish you were closer to help like all farmers used to do, get the problems sorted first and figure out the rest later.
I went and bought a 14hp kohler engine from a young farmer 55 miles west of here who has ground adjacent to a large creek, (link below). I could not believe the water mark height in his barn, it had to be over 12' maybe 16'. It is scary, I passed over this creek in '87 with a tractor trailer, shortly before the sections of bridge collapsed, sure is nothing to fool with. We lost an old railroad and vehicle bridge near here in March '77, piers got washed out or something, when mother nature gets angry look out !
