Can you run Hy-Tran in a truck trany ?Son had a misadventure with the farm pick-up, and the trany cooler line came off and peed all of the trany fluid out. So at 12:00 am Who are you gone get to fix this? Lets call good old Dad , right! Well rig the line back up with some hose and clamps, but had no Dextron . But I did have a pail of Hy-Tran in the shed, so I dumped in a few gallons. Truck now has No revers,3rd or Overdrive. At 50mph runs at about 3000-3500 rpms. So , is the Hy-Tran just too thin, or (my bet) is the trany shot? Bruce
