A IH 2350 loader does not use any stands. The loader frame basically slides of and down to the ground to hold the loader. You unlatch the loader and slowly drive back wards. When the loader frame is about half way forward you start to pivot it down or extend the lift cylinders. That will pivot the frame down where it will rest on the ground.
When you go to mount it back you drive forward into the loader. You keep forward pressure against the loader frame with the tractor in a forward gear. Slowly retract the lift cylinders. The loader frame will slide on the front mount. When you have it about half way back on the frame you level the loader frame with the lift cylinders. Then you slide the frame back into the saddle. Latch it and your good to go.
